​Diocesan Fingerprinting

​Free Fingerprinting is provided for parent volunteers via the Archdiocese of L.A.  Below you will find PDF files with lists of the various churches hosting the program. The locations for fingerprinting change every month. New lists will be posted here.

For the 2021/2022 school year, any parent that volunteers: in the classroom, as yard duty, or as a driver and/or chaperone for a field trip, MUST be fingerprinted.  You do not need to be re-finger printed every year, one time only.   
When you go to be finger printed, you must give them the VPIN Access Request form (found below) filled out with our location name:  St. Sebastian School in Santa Paula and our OCA# 06620. Please let the site coordinators know you are being fingerprinted as a parent volunteer. This DOES not replace providing the school with a copy of your driver's license, proof of insurance and registration required in the office in order to be a field trip driver/chaperone.
