Weekly Family Envelope

It is very important that you receive all communications. To assure us that you have received the bulletins sent home, we have devised this envelope system. With your help, the envelope should solve our delivery problem. We urge your cooperation.  These envelopes will be sent home every Wednesday afternoon. We ask that you pleas sign and return you envelope the next day. 

Instructions For Use

1. The Oldest in the family will bring the envelope home. He/She will be responsible for its delivery and  any return of messages.
2. Parents are asked to sign the dated space and return the envelope the following day.
3. if the bulletin requires a signature or some return message, please put all materials into the envelope and return by the date specified.
4. Do not send tuition or any other fees in the envelope.
5. A replacement fee will be charged for lost or battered envelopes.
